How are the pieces made?
Each concrete piece is poured, finished, and sealed by hand in small batches on California’s Central Coast.
Will my piece look exactly like the photograph?
Each pour has subtle differences in tone, texture, and pattern. These natural variations are part of the handmade process and make every piece distinct.
How long will my order take to ship?
Free standard shipping is available on all orders shipped within the United States. Orders are prepared in 5–7 business days and usually arrive 3–5 business days after shipment. You will receive tracking when your order ships.
Can I return a piece?
Unused pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please review our returns page before sending anything back.
How should I care for concrete?
Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid soaking, abrasive cleaners, and prolonged contact with oils or highly pigmented liquids. Concrete is durable, but it can chip if dropped.
Are the pieces food safe?
Unless a product page expressly says otherwise, pieces are intended for decorative and general household use—not direct food contact.
