Order processing

Most pieces are handmade in small batches and have a handling time of 5–7 business days unless a different handling time is stated on the product page. Handling time is separate from carrier transit time. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking when your order has been dispatched.

Shipping destinations

Minimal Loot Design currently ships to addresses within the United States. Orders are prepared and dispatched from California’s Central Coast.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Free standard shipping is available on all orders shipped within the United States. The free rate is shown at checkout before payment is submitted.

Standard carrier transit time is typically 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates may be affected by weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Address changes

Please review your delivery address before placing your order. If an address change is needed, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If a piece is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email info@minimallootdesign.shop promptly with your order number and photographs of the piece and its packaging. Approved damage or order-error claims will be resolved at no return-shipping cost to you.

Returns and refunds

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery. Approved returns must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Return-shipping costs are deducted from the refund, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Custom pieces, custom colors, and sale items are not eligible for return. Review our Return and Refund Policy before sending anything back.
