Returns and refunds

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the piece must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. To begin a return, email info@minimallootdesign.shop with your order number, the piece you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Custom pieces, custom colors, and sale items are not eligible for return.

Once the returned piece has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If a piece is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact info@minimallootdesign.shop promptly with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging.

Approved damage or order-error claims will be resolved at no return-shipping cost to you.
